A. Website Satisfaction Guarantee

1. Scope
The Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all website packages implemented by Wilcode Oy.

2. Content of the Satisfaction Guarantee
The customer may request reasonable changes to the layout and functionality of the websites implemented by Wilcode Oy during the implementation phase until the final result meets the agreed objectives. Clear functional errors relating to the Website will be corrected free of charge if they have been found to be material and notice has been made within three (3) months of the publication of the Website. Wilcode Oy is not obliged to correct any changes made by the Customer on the Website without separate compensation.

3. Notification of dissatisfaction
The customer can report their dissatisfaction as soon as the first version of the website implemented by Wilcode Oy has been submitted for inspection. Notification must be made in writing (e.g. by e-mail) no later than 14 days after delivery. Published web pages are deemed to be approved. If the notification is not made within the deadline, the work is considered approved. It is not possible to invoke the Satisfaction Guarantee after the website has been published.

4. Termination of a project before publication
If either the Customer or Wilcode Oy considers that the quality of the work or cooperation does not meet the expectations, either party has the right to terminate the project before the publication of the website implemented by Wilcode Oy. The termination shall be notified in writing at least three (3) weeks prior to the intended publication. In this case, the Website will not be billed to the Customer. All rights of the Client to use the materials produced during the project terminate immediately at the time of termination.

5. Late notifications
If the Customer reports its dissatisfaction less than three (3) weeks before the planned publication, Wilcode Oy is not obliged to suspend the project or make a refund. It is not possible to invoke the Satisfaction Guarantee after the website has been published.

6. Obligations of the customer in the promotion of the service
The customer is obliged to attend the agreed appointments and contribute to the progress of the service. It is the responsibility of the client to perform the tasks assigned to him within the agreed schedule. The customer must answer questions submitted by Wilcode Oy within a reasonable time frame.

7. Delays
Wilcode Oy is not responsible for delays if they are caused by the Customer's own activities or by third parties, such as the hosting provider.

8. Resolving dissatisfaction
If the Customer is not satisfied with the service purchased, we always try to resolve the issues in an open consultation with the Customer first. If, despite the negotiations, a satisfactory solution is not found on the basis of a timely notification, Wilcode Oy may, within the framework of this agreement, exclude partial or complete invoicing of the service in accordance with the warranty.

9. Limitation of Liability
Wilcode Oy's liability is limited only to the provision of the service in accordance with the contract. Wilcode Oy is not liable for consequential damages, such as loss of business, loss of profits or other consequential damages. Wilcode Oy is not responsible for delays, errors or disruptions caused by the Customer's activities or third parties, such as hosting or third-party web service providers. Wilcode Oy is not responsible for any changes made by the Customer on the Website.

B) General

1. Scope of the contract and description of the service
The content and scope of the Service shall be defined in a separate agreement or annex which is part of this Agreement. This includes a detailed description of the content of the website package, the functionalities to be implemented, the materials to be delivered and the agreed schedules.

2. Payment terms and invoicing
Prices and payment schedule for the service are specified in a separate agreement. The payment term for invoices is 7 days net unless otherwise agreed, and late payment interest may be charged in accordance with applicable law. The Satisfaction Guarantee cannot be invoked after the website has been published.

3. Applicable law and dispute resolution
This Agreement complies with Finnish law. Any disagreements will be resolved primarily through negotiation. If no solution is found, the dispute will be resolved in the district court or in an arbitration process agreed separately by the parties.

4. Personal data
If the execution of the contract requires the processing of personal data, Wilcode Oy acts as the Customer's Data Processor and the Customer is the Data Controller. Wilcode Oy processes personal data only for the purpose of providing a service according to the contract and in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.
